Of course there’s no better way to facilitate any kind of ethics training program than to have a live human being in the room guiding discussions, answering questions, and directing the course. Ethics is something personal that often means different things to different people. Because the principles behind ethics training can be applied widely depending on a variety of situations, the nature of ethics training itself is best suited for on-site facilitation. When discussing topics like honesty and character, people need someone who will listen to them and direct them appropriately. Whether your organization requires on-site facilitation or you simply want that “human touch," Global Ethics University has a positive, professional on-site facilitator for you.

Whatever your need, Global Ethics University can provide a certified professional trainer to facilitate any one of our courses at your location. Trainers utilize real-life scenarios along with cutting edge content. On-site workshops include all materials, handouts, and quizzes (except for Ethics for a Modern Workforce). You don’t have worry about anything because the Global Ethics University facilitator will take care of everything. Of course, participants in on-site courses receive a Certificate of Completion.

On-site versions of any online Global Ethics University course typically lasts a half-day (between two and four hours). Facilitators usually conduct two sessions/courses per day. Courses are limited to 30 participants per class and require an instructor to be booked for a full day. Some exceptions may be allowed for courses taught in the Seattle metropolitan area.

Ethics for a Modern Workforce is available on-site. Typically, an on-site program covers one Ethics Competency per half-day of instruction. Unlike the online programs, this program requires a workbook for each participant. Workbooks are an additional cost but are discounted for on-site courses. Additional discounts of other Ethics for a Modern Workforce products are available for on-site clients.

We try to keep on-site courses easy and affordable. Global Ethics University charges a flat, per-day fee for the cost of the instructor. On-site courses are booked per day. The first day is charged a regular rate and subsequent days are discounted accordingly. Classes over 30 participants may be charged an extra fee. Travel expenses are additional. All on-site workshops require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Spanish language facilitation is available by special request.
