Character Training Inc. now operates exclusively under the Global Ethics University (GEU) banner. Although GEU was initially started to provide an online portal for CTI e-learning programs, it has grown to become CTI's primary web presence. GEU offers all of CTI's regular ethics programs, such as Ethics for a Modern Workforce, as well as a wide variety of online courses. See the bottom of this page for the CTI's corporate information.

Global Ethics University is a for-profit, non-accredited training company. All of Global Ethics University's courses are designed to meet high industry ethical standards. Most courses are general in nature, while others are industry specific (such as real estate, healthcare, etc.). Some Global Ethics University courses are online versions of CTI's curriculum while others were written specifically for an online learning environment. Each course requires a certain amount of time (usually between two and four hours) and participants are required to score above 75% or higher accuracy for all formative evaluation. Also, Global Ethics University is an HRCI Approved Provider which means that all of our courses count towards PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification.

GEU provides a variety of other educational services to companies, including on-site workshops, speeches, train-the-trainer curriculum, videos, and consulting services. Whether an organization has one hundred or one thousand employees, GEU programs can add a rich dimension to existing HR training programs or they can comprise the exclusive content for a company's ethics training initiative.
